Charge the remote control
Connect the supplied USB cable. The orange LED flashes during charging (~2h). Fully charged when the LED stays solid.

Sync with the collar
Switch on the remote, then the collar. Hold the sync button for 3 seconds — the green LED confirms pairing. Done.

Make sure both devices are 100% charged and kept less than 50 cm apart during the sync. If it fails: switch both off completely, wait 10 seconds, switch back on and try again. If the issue persists, contact customer support — free diagnostic within 2h on working days.
