Is there a minimum order quantity to get started?

No — no minimum order on the Reseller tier (01). You can start by testing 5-10 units, validate sales rotation in your store, then scale up volume. On Tiers 02 and 03, quarterly minimum orders apply (50 units/month for 02, 200 for 03) in exchange for higher margins and extended terms.

What are the lead times?

Processing within 24 business hours, delivery in 48-72 hours across the UK and Ireland via partner carriers (DHL, Royal Mail, DPD depending on volume). Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days. Reserved stock is available on Tiers 02 and 03.

Who handles end-customer support?

PAWPRO handles 100% of your end-customer support, at no cost to you. The customer contacts our team directly by email — reply within 2 business hours. You don't have to set up your own helpdesk or fulfil warranty claims yourself. Our two-year warranty covers everything.

Are geographical exclusivities possible?

Yes, but only on the Premium Distribution Partner tier (03) with a volume commitment. Exclusivity can cover a geographical area (region, country) or a sales channel (e.g. a specific marketplace). Case-by-case review with our partnership team.

Is white label / private label possible?

The PAWPRO Method can be co-branded with your brand (logo + personalised introduction). For the hardware itself, no standard white-label arrangement is possible — the PAWPRO brand is part of the value proposition. Specific cases are reviewed on request at Tier 03 with corresponding volume commitments.

What payment terms apply?

Tier 01: payment on order (card, bank transfer, direct debit). Tier 02: payment 30 days net after credit assessment (Coface coverage). Tier 03: 60 days net. PAWPRO offers credit insurance on request to safeguard your cash flow.

How do your prices compare with competitors?
