1. Preamble & purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all contractual relations between PAWPRO (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any non-trader individual making a purchase on pawpro.eu (hereinafter “the Customer”). Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

3. Products

The essential characteristics of each PAWPRO collar are described on the corresponding product page: modes (vibration, sound, calibrated impulse, LED light), range, battery life, water resistance, pack contents, The PAWPRO Method included. Visuals and videos are illustrative only and not part of the contractual scope.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the composition of a pack or the finish of a product, without notice, provided this does not reduce its quality or essential functions.

4. Orders

Any order placed on pawpro.eu binds the Customer upon payment confirmation. A summary email is sent immediately. The contract is deemed concluded on the date of this email.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order on legitimate grounds, including: prior dispute, suspected fraud, product unavailability, manifest pricing error.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (or euros where applicable) including all taxes, with taxes applicable according to the delivery jurisdiction. Any delivery charges are specified before final cart validation — standard delivery is free from £35 (otherwise £4.99).

The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; pending orders remain at the price accepted at confirmation.

6. Payment

Payment is made online, in full, at the time of order. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments (PCI DSS Level 1). Payment card data never transits through PAWPRO servers.

7. Delivery

Standard observed delivery times:

• United Kingdom & Ireland: 1 to 2 business days · free from £35 (otherwise £4.99)
• Mainland Europe: 1 to 2 business days
• Rest of Europe: 1 to 2 business days

Lead times start from payment confirmation, except for temporary stock notices shown on the product page. If delivery is delayed by more than 7 business days beyond the announced timeframe, the Customer may cancel the order at no charge.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European regulation (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), the Customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to withdraw, without having to provide any reason.

PAWPRO extends this to 14-day satisfaction or refund: the product can be tested in real conditions. See our returns policy for the precise terms.

9. Legal & commercial warranties

All PAWPRO products benefit from:

• the statutory conformity warranty applicable in your jurisdiction of residence (typically 2 years from receipt within the European Union);
• the statutory warranty against hidden defects applicable in your jurisdiction;
• a 2-year PAWPRO commercial warranty covering any manufacturing defect or premature wear excluding manifest misuse.

Activated through PAWPRO Customer Care: case opened within 48h, average resolution within 5 business days.

10. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from use that does not comply with the supplied instructions, manifest misuse, or third-party intervention on the product.

In any event, the Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

11. Intellectual property

All elements of the pawpro.eu site (texts, photos, videos, logos, trademarks, code) are the exclusive property of PAWPRO or are licensed for use. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

12. Personal data

Data collected as part of orders is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. No data is resold to third-party advertisers.

13. Mediation & disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to first contact PAWPRO customer service via the contact page. Failing amicable resolution within 30 days, the Customer may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Failing that, the competent courts are those of the Customer's place of residence.

14. Amendments to these Terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version applicable to an order is the one in force on the date that order is confirmed. The last update date is shown at the top of the page.
